• Work closely with you to ensure the projects go well.
• Set up the computer scheduling, brand questionnaires and reports.
• Follow up delegates who have not completed and send them email and/or SMS reminders.
• Collate the reports and send them to you - although you have real time access as well.
• Respond quickly to any queries you might have. We appreciate the importance of speed, security and confidentiality.
• If you need additional support or advice about effective assessment and evaluation we can provide that as well.
